  • How do I book?

    • Email us at genspetseattle@gmail.com with Dates and Services needed

  • What happens at a meet and greet? Is it free?

    • You will meet with one of the Gen’s Pet Care team and be able to go over all care instructions, provide keys, and we get to meet your pet to see if we are a good fit! 

    • First consultation with any member of the team is free. If you need any additional meetings with the same staff, it will be $10

  • How do keys work? Where do you keep them?

    • Most of our clients prefer us to keep their key on file in our cabinet cafe.  That way, we can accommodate their future service reservations instantly. We will label your key and store it in a safe locked place between the services

    • We DO need a backup access plan(BAP)** if you are traveling out of town

    • Options:

      • 1. Digital code and BAP**

      • 2. Lockbox* on your property with a primary key set and a BAP**, OR give us a backup key at the initial consultation to store in our key cabinet safe

      • 3. Key pick up carefully coordinated with the concierge/office. Keys will be kept for all visits and then returned on the last visit. Note any hours for key exchange

      • 4. Provide two copies of the key at the initial consultation. Back up key will be kept in our key cabinet safe while your sitter uses the main key.

    • You are welcome to provide us with a lock box if you wish.

    • We are also comfortable with KEYLESS entries.

      • * Gen’s Pet Care can provide a lockbox for you to keep, ($30), or borrow ($15)
      • **BAP = close-by friend/family/neighbor/etc that will be in town while you travel or permission to call a locksmith
